Did you know?

High River Hospital is a small,
community-based hospital (with free parking)!

We provide one-on-one nursing care throughout your labour. Our nurses are skilled at working with you to use a variety of strategies for comfort management. We also allow more than one support person in the room with you at a time.

We are pleased to provide low-risk patients with the opportunity to labour and/or give birth in water.

We have three large birth pools in our newly renovated birthing rooms. The pool is quite spacious and can be filled with enough warm water to cover you. Read more here.

You are able to self-refer.
